We will respond to verified data rights requests within thirty (30) calendar days. Where requests are complex or numerous, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days, with notification provided. We may need to verify your identity before processing a rights request.
The Asian4D Platform is strictly intended for use by adults aged 21 years and above. We do not knowingly collect, process, or store personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data belonging to a person under 21 has been submitted to the Platform, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated Account.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor under your supervision has registered or attempted to use the Asian4D Platform, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 15 so that appropriate action can be taken.
Asian4D reserves the right to update or revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, regulatory requirements, or business operations. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated Policy on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes materially affect how we process your personal data, we will endeavour to notify registered users by email or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
