Asian4D Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Asian4D ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Asian4D online gaming platform accessible at https://asian4d.cam ("the Website") and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered thereon.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the Asian4D Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using the Platform. Continued use of Asian4D following notification of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

In these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

To be eligible to register an Account and use the Asian4D Platform, you must satisfy each of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during your use of the Platform:

• aAge: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. The Platform is strictly prohibited to persons under the age of 21. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
• bLegal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• cJurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory. You are solely responsible for ascertaining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before using the Platform. Asian4D does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular territory outside of its licensed jurisdiction.
• dSingle Account: You may only hold one (1) Account at any time. Operating duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.
• eSelf-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion arrangement, either through Asian4D or any other recognised gambling operator or regulatory scheme.
• fOwn Funds: You must only gamble with funds that belong to you and that you can afford to lose. Gambling with funds obtained via credit, loans, or other financing obligations is strongly discouraged.

To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify Asian4D immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other breach of security. Asian4D shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

Account registration is subject to identity verification (KYC). You agree to provide all requested documentation — including a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's License), proof of address dated within three (3) months, and any other documents reasonably requested — within the timeframe specified. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in restriction of withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed.

• iAccounts may only be registered and used by the individual whose identity matches the registration details provided.
• iiThe transfer, sale, or assignment of an Account to any other person is strictly prohibited.
• iiiAsian4D reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any Account at its reasonable discretion.
• ivCorporate, institutional, or third-party accounts are not permitted.

Asian4D supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) via the following approved payment methods: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Bitcoin (BTC), and Tether (USDT). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are published on the Platform's payments information page.

The minimum deposit is RM50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional context. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation by the payment processor.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• aKYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal can be approved.
• bAny applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be fully met before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.
• cAsian4D reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing withdrawal requests above certain threshold amounts.
• dWithdrawal requests are generally processed within five (5) minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours. Requests requiring manual review may take up to twenty-four (24) hours.
• eAsian4D does not accept or process deposits or withdrawals from or to third-party payment accounts. The registered Account holder and the payment method owner must be the same individual.

Asian4D may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives ("Promotions") to registered Players. Each Promotion is governed by its specific terms and conditions as published at the time of the offer, which shall be read in conjunction with these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific Promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific Promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that Promotion only.

General conditions applicable to all Promotions unless expressly stated otherwise include:

• aWagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiple (e.g., X10, X15, X20) is stated in each Promotion's individual terms.
• bMaximum Bet Restriction: When playing with active Bonus Funds, the maximum permitted bet per round or event is typically capped between MYR 250 and MYR 500 as specified per Promotion. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the Promotion.
• cGame Contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games such as Blackjack, Baccarat, and Roulette typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Specific contributions are published per Promotion.
• dBonus Expiry: All Promotions carry an expiry window (commonly 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of credit) within which wagering requirements must be completed. Uncompleted bonuses are forfeited upon expiry without compensation.
• eMaximum Cash-Out: Certain Promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This cap is stated in each individual Promotion's terms.
• fOne Bonus Per Player: Players may only participate in each Promotion once unless the Promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim a Promotion multiple times, including via duplicate Accounts, constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• gPromotional Abuse: Asian4D reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or forfeit any Promotion where it has reasonable grounds to believe the Promotion is being claimed or used in bad faith, fraudulently, or in breach of these Terms.

Each game and betting market available on the Platform is governed by its own specific Game Rules, which are accessible within the relevant game interface or betting market page. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the applicable Game Rules before placing any wager or bet. Asian4D accepts no liability for losses incurred due to a Player's failure to understand the applicable Game Rules.

All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets may not be cancelled or amended after acceptance except where expressly permitted by the applicable Game Rules or where a manifest technical error has occurred. In the event of a technical malfunction, erroneous odds publication, or platform error affecting a game or betting market, Asian4D reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the corresponding wager amounts.

Sports betting odds — including those on Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), the FA Cup, the AFC Champions League, and UFC events — are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement and confirmed in your bet receipt are the odds that shall apply to that wager.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Asian4D Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time;
• Attempting to register, operate, or use multiple Accounts simultaneously or sequentially;
• Using the Platform in furtherance of any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or platform malfunctions for financial gain;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or third-party software to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with Platform representatives;
• Participating in any Promotion in bad faith, including through coordinated or artificial wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine play;
• Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or data;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than genuine personal entertainment and wagering.

Asian4D is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all Players. We strongly encourage all Players to approach gambling as a form of entertainment and to set clear personal limits on the time and money they spend on the Platform.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players via the Account settings page and may be activated at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that are enforced automatically at the system level;
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss thresholds over a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: On-screen alerts after a specified duration of continuous play;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary or permanent account closure for players who wish to take a break from gambling. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are not reversible within the specified exclusion period;
• Reality Checks: Regular session summaries displaying total time played and net position.

The Platform is strictly for Players aged 21 and above. Minors are prohibited from accessing or using Asian4D under any circumstances.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Asian4D processes personal data including but not limited to registration information, identity documents, transaction records, and gameplay data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. We do not sell or transfer personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

All data transmissions between your device and the Platform are encrypted using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. Player funds are maintained in accounts segregated from the Platform's operating capital.

All content, materials, and intellectual property available on the Platform — including but not limited to the Asian4D brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and proprietary platform technology — are owned by or licensed to Asian4D and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of Asian4D.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Asian4D's total liability to you in connection with the Platform and these Terms — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you into your Account in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Asian4D shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage, whether arising directly or indirectly:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Loss arising from gambling outcomes or wagering decisions;
• Losses arising from Platform unavailability, maintenance downtime, or technical malfunction beyond our reasonable control;
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or from your breach of any applicable law.

Asian4D reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of any provision of these Terms; evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within required timelines; regulatory direction; or at Asian4D's reasonable discretion where it determines that continued Account operation is contrary to the Platform's integrity or operational interests.

Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, any balance attributable to Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be forfeited. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any applicable investigation.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining eligible balance will be returned following KYC confirmation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Asian4D holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence confer jurisdiction on local courts.

In the event of a dispute regarding a transaction, outcome, or account matter, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance. Asian4D will endeavour to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, further escalation options will be communicated at that stage.

Asian4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable prior notice of material changes by publishing an updated version of the Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by notifying registered Players via their registered email address or through an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure and return of any eligible balance.
